FAQ
Change readiness assessment FAQ
Quick answers to help teams use readiness scores in a practical and evidence-based way.
Is a readiness assessment enough for a project plan?
Not on its own. It gives you a helpful starting point, but you still need input from stakeholders, delivery constraints, and what is actually happening on the ground.
How often should we reassess?
For active projects, a monthly check-in works well for most teams. It is also worth reassessing after any major scope change or if milestones start slipping.
What should we do with low scores?
Use low scores as your action list. For each one, agree a clear owner, a realistic timeline, and one simple measure so you can see progress.
Can we compare teams directly?
Only carefully. Teams often operate in very different conditions, so it is usually more useful to track each team’s trend over time before drawing conclusions.
