2. Accounts
- Users must register with accurate information and keep credentials secure
- Account Holders control permissions for Authorised Users and Consultant Users
- Consultant Users may access data only as authorised; clients retain ownership
3. Subscriptions and Billing
- theChangeTracker is offered via monthly subscription. A limited free version is available; no free trial is offered
- No refunds are available; if you cancel, you retain access until the end of the current billing period

4. Permitted Use
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with the Acceptable Use Policy. Enterprise users are responsible for internal sharing and permissions.5. Intellectual Property
- All content, branding, and intellectual property on the Platform remain the property of Just Enough Change Ltd
- Users may not reproduce, copy, or distribute Platform content without written permission
6. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." Just Enough Change Ltd is not liable for:- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or business opportunities
- Decisions made based on AI-generated outputs; users remain responsible
7. International Users
While the Platform operational data is hosted in the UK, users accessing the Platform from outside the UK may be subject to their local laws. Users must ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.8. Modifications
