This Acceptable Use Policy sets out rules for using theChangeTracker platform (the "Platform"). All users, including Account Holders, Authorised Users, and Consultant Users, must comply with this Policy.Failure to follow this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
2. General Principles
- Use the Platform lawfully, ethically, and responsibly
- Respect other users’ data and privacy
- Do not engage in activities that could harm the Platform, its users, or third parties
3. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use the Platform to:- Engage in illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or copyright infringement
- Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other users’ accounts, or any connected systems
- Disrupt or interfere with the Platform’s operation, including overloading or hacking
- Use the Platform to manage sensitive personal data in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to copy, replicate, or reverse-engineer the Platform
4. Data Ownership and Responsibility
- Account Holders retain ownership of all data entered into the Platform
- Consultant Users may access and modify data only as authorised by the Account Holder
- The Account Holder is responsible for all data entered by themselves or by users they authorise
- Account Holders control permission levels, including read-only or full access, for any Consultant Users or Authorised Users
5. Reporting Misuse
Users should report suspected misuse or violations of this Policy to info@theChangeTracker.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days to investigate and take appropriate action.6. Enforcement
Violations of this Policy may result in:- Suspension or termination of your account or access to the Platform
- Notification to law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law
- Liability for any damages or losses caused by prohibited use
7. Enterprise Considerations
The Platform’s core data is hosted in the UK. While we take reasonable steps to protect data security and integrity, users are responsible for how they share access and data within their own organisations.8. Changes to This Policy
